We were happy and excited to purchase the building in the fall of 2017 after 6 years of leasing this property. We look forward many years ahead as we keep improving the business as well as the building.
Erika Grainger, baked her way out of her old location on Hwy 35 in Dwight, Erika’s Wildflour Bake Shoppe, beside the liquor store. It became obvious that she needed to have more room as the business grew.
The previous Dwight Coffee Shop presented a great opportunity for Erika’s business to flourish.
The Coffee Shop business complimented Erika’s natural talent for baking and the two businesses became one.
Tanya Grainger (Erika’s sister) and Simone Grainger, mother of Erika & Tanya proudly works side by side each other. Tanya & Simone are also Realtors with Sutton Group Muskoka Realty Inc., and have a small office in the back of the Gift Shop. Simone moved to Dwight 37 years ago with her husband Clarence and the girls have grown up in this beautiful community!
We take pride in our Extended Family to include our amazing staff that greet each customer with a smile and a friendly welcome. Behind the scenes or you could say in our back kitchen there is a lot of dedicated hard work
