Baked Fresh, Simply the Best!

We find our bakery to be more of a traditional bakery featuring all hand made baked goods daily. Our squares are cut into a larger piece, easy to cut into 4, for a bit size treat. A wide variety, from Date Squares, Brownies (nut free), Lemon Squares, Muskoka Road Squares, Chocolate & Butterscotch Confetti Squares, Nanaimo Bars, Macaroon Madness Squares, and much more.

We package all our cookies in 6 Packs or sell them individually. They are large cookies and not for the faint of heart! We sell Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter, Ginger, Choc. Chip and Toffee Shortbread and our newest cookie, Double Chocolate plus our Bear Turds which are our fun Muskoka style cookie. Cottagers and tourists love the sense of humour we bring to our bakery and always smile when they see the “Bear Turds.” We offer some different type of cookies from time to time to add a little variety. Reindeer Droppings are popular at Christmas.

We offer a variety of homemade pies. Our fruit pie variety are apple, blueberry, strawberry/rhubarb, raspberry, 5 fruit, cherry. We also offer apple crisps. These should be ordered ahead of time so we that we can make them available for you. Our lemon meringue pies are more popular in the summertime along with coconut cream, banana and chocolate.

Can’t forget about our FAMOUS Butter Tarts! Hand made, flaky pastry, made with real tender flake and Erika’s own filling! 13 Flavours, plain, raisin, maple pecan, maple walnut, maple bacon, rhubarb, peanut butter, cranberry (made from cranberries from Bala, Raspberry Delight, Coconut, this year's newest flavours Bounty & Peanut Butter & Jam! Special orders can be made for coconut cream, lemon, banana, or chocolate.

We do a number of different specialty items for those special occasions like Christmas, Valentines Day, Easter etc. We also do a variety of trays of goodies for events that will please many different types of taste buds. We can also help cater events which need tea, coffee, sandwiches, soups, cold plates, and of course to finish the event with some goodies to make the sweet memories in your life last forever.

We also offer cupcakes for special occasions. All you need to do is ask and we will let you know if we can help you with your special event. We also offer a variety of cheescakes but usually you will need to order ahead.

It would be appreciated to have a couple days notice for any special orders.
